From 22 September 2011, eBay is making some changes to Store fees on eBay.com.au. These changes are designed to encourage business and professional sellers to meet the growing demand for fixed price items and to remain competitive.

eBay is getting ready to test a fulfillment service aimed at reducing delivery times for merchants, especially those in China.

The service would be similar to one run by Amazon, which let’s sellers store their inventory in a warehouse, to be packaged and shipped to buyers by Amazon staff. Sellers pay extra for this type of service, but for many independent merchants, it is less costly than doing it themselves and spending their time working on their business rather than in it.
